Faerke Tech provides computer systems design, integrated systems development, automation solutions, technical consulting, and related technology services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements.

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Faerke Tech and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, we retain all rights to any work product, methodologies, and tools developed during the provision of our services.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faerke Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kunming, Yunnan Province.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
